YANG provides its members with the opportunity to network with industry peers, develop new skill sets and improve leadership capabilities. YANG events include panel discussions with industry leaders, professional development sessions and networking
events throughout the country. YANG awards a number of scholarships to rising stars in the industry as well.
Upon joining, YANG members immediately become part of a 1,500-strong network of young industry professionals around the world.
Members are invited to attend and host events at trade shows, leadership conferences and Regional Meet-Ups throughout the country. Members receive recognition as well as opportunities for mentorship offered by seasoned industry leaders. For your
organization, membership in YANG helps foster employee retention through networking, mentorship and exposure to the broader industry.

YANG is proud to host a TopGolf fundraising event at eight major locations across the country to support the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF). AACF was established in 1959 to help Automotive Aftermarket professionals and their families who have fallen on hard times. Members of the Automotive Aftermarket have always taken care of their own and the members of YANG want to continue that tradition by raising funds for AACF.
This event will take place: Thursday, September 8*, 2022, 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.** local time at multiple locations nationwide. Select the location below to register to participate in golf or networking!

YANG is thrilled to partner with the University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF) for its Coffee Club donor program! The UAF Coffee Club generously helps fund scholarship and educational programs for the next generation of aftermarket professionals. For the months of March and April 2025, we are running a YANG Challenge campaign to officially kick-off our efforts in supporting the University of the Aftermarket Foundation's Coffee Club, which is available year-round. YANG Leadership Council Applications - NOW OPEN
Applications are being accepted for the 2025-2026 YANG Leadership Council for a two-year term commencing July 1, 2025. Eligibility is limited to under-40 employees of Auto Care Association members in good standing. Involvement on the YANG Leadership Council is a great way for Auto Care Association members to get more involved in the association, influence the direction of multiple projects and priorities, and have an impact on the industry's next generation. (Deadline for submitting applications is Friday, May 30) -

YANG Leadership 2.0 Scholarship - NOW OPEN
Applications are being accepted for the 2025-2026 YANG Leadership 2.0 Scholarship. ONE deserving YANG member is awarded a scholarship to attend the highly-acclaimed University of the Aftermarket’s Leadership 2.0 Program. Graduates of the program receive 7.0 CEUs towards their Automotive Aftermarket Profession (AAP) designations. The scholarship is valued at $6,650 and covers the price of tuition, class materials and meals. Travel/hotel accommodations are not included. Eligibility is limited to under-40 employees of Auto Care Association members in good standing. (Deadline for submitting applications is Friday, May 30)
