2026 YANG Mentorship Launched
YANG launched its 2026 YANG Mentorship Program now in its third year! We had an astounding level of interest with 124 mentees and 24 volunteer mentors in the program! The program will open back up in the Fall for 2027 participants.

Automotive Aftermarket Scholarships Available
The Automotive Scholarship program is a centralized location for scholarship available to students looking to have a career in the automotive aftermarket and commercial vehicle industries. Students are considered for hundreds of scholarship opportunities from over 40 different organization by filling out just one application! This program is generously supported by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.

YANG held its largest regional meet-up, the 2025 YANG Reception, at AAPEX on Nov. 4, 2025 as part of the Auto Care Association's Industry Week in Las Vegas, Nev. We had a great turnout of over 200 registered attendees for the 1920s speakeasy themed party!

The Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) is the auto care industry’s dynamic and vibrant community of under-40 professionals community. YANG provides its members with the opportunity to network with industry peers, develop new skill sets and improve leadership capabilities. YANG hosted its 2025 YANG programming on May 12-13, 2025, as part of Auto Care Connect Week in Phoenix, Arizona.
