YANG Announces 2025-2026 Leadership 2.0 Scholarship Recipient Matt Hellmann
YANG’s 2025-2026 Leadership 2.0 Scholarship Recipient
Matt Hellmann has been in the automotive aftermarket for a decade, beginning his career in Genuine Parts Company (GPC) in 2015 as an analyst for Ralyoc, then moving to NAPA as a category manager, eventually category director for tools and equipment (T&E). He is currently the director of category management at Clore Automotive. Hellmann is a member of the Auto Care Association Tool and Equipment Council, a YANG community member, and serves on the YANG subcommittee for mentorship. He has earned the following designations: Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) (2020), Certified Professional Category Analyst (CPCA) (2021), Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional (MAAP) (2024), and with this scholarship he will pursue his Global Automotive Aftermarket Executive (GAAE).
“As I continue to take on more responsibility within my organization, Leadership 2.0 will help build that foundation of being a leader and an executive,” said Hellmann. “I have gotten to where I am today by listening, building out my network, and continue to expand where I get my information from. I am a CPCA, have my AAP and MAAP, and with this scholarship will pursue my GAAE. I am passionate about the automotive aftermarket and see myself retiring one day in this industry. There are so many stories out there that need to be told, and my goal is to hear and learn from as many as possible, then one day share my stories to hopefully help someone else achieve their goals.”
