Auto Care Association Announces 2025 Impact Award Winners

PHOENIX – May 13, 2025 – The Auto Care Association today announced its 2025 Impact Award: Four for the Future award winners at its annual Auto Care Connect event currently taking place in Phoenix, Ariz. The annual Impact award honors four auto care industry professionals, under the age of 40, who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership or have made remarkable strides within the auto care industry.
The 2025 Impact Award winners are:
- Jon Clements, Experian
- Tanya Hunt, TERREPOWER
- Autumn Lamb, GSP North America
- Sam Russo, Pivotree
These individuals have achieved success within their organizations through professionalism, hard work, dedication, and remarkable abilities. They are shining stars, examples for others and exemplary representatives of our industry.
Jon Clements
Jon Clements is a seasoned product manager with over 15 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, known for his expertise in product development, data analytics, and market strategy. Currently at Experian Automotive, he manages vehicle registration datasets and leads cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure timely delivery through agile methodologies. His career includes roles in product and account management, where he consistently drove revenue growth and strengthened client relationships with major aftermarket retailers and manufacturers. Clements has a strong foundation in business, holding a BBA in Automotive Aftermarket from Northwood University. He has also contributed to industry development through volunteer leadership roles with organizations like Paws & Think Detroit and YANG. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic product roadmaps and sustainable market growth.

Tanya Hunt
Tanya Hunt is an accomplished commercial project manager with over 15 years of experience in financial analysis, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, primarily within the automotive and energy industries. At TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries), she drives key commercial initiatives, manages strategic partnerships across departments, and oversees budgeting, forecasting, and CRM implementation. Her earlier roles at TERREPOWER include Senior Financial Analyst positions where she led financial planning, reporting, and executive-level presentations. Tanya began her career as a software consultant at Quorum Business Solutions, where she supported major system integrations and client training initiatives for Fortune 500 energy clients. She has also held leadership roles in professional networks, community service projects, and corporate recruiting. Hunt holds both an MBA in Project Management and a bachelor's in Business Administration from Auburn University, supported by advanced technical skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, and business intelligence tools.
“My proudest accomplishment is finding my ability to connect people and act as a ‘force multiplier,’” said Hunt. “This term resonates with me because it means that a small group of people can have a big impact.”
Autumn Lamb
Autumn Lamb is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in strategic communications, branding, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as the marketing director for GSP Automotive Group in North and Latin America, she leads the development and execution of targeted marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and customer needs, while maintaining global brand consistency. Her prior roles include marketing manager at Gibson Performance Exhaust and marketing coordinator at EGR Inc., where she successfully implemented digital, social, and media campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Lamb’s expertise spans content creation, event planning, SEO, and partner management. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Redlands and dual bachelor's degrees in Communication with concentrations in Public Relations and Media Studies from California State University, San Bernardino. With a comprehensive understanding of B2B marketing and media production, she consistently delivers impactful marketing solutions across multiple channels.
“I actively encourage young professionals to explore our industry's opportunities and help them understand the full spectrum of benefits our associations provide,” said Lamb. “My goal is to drive greater industry involvement among emerging professionals.”
Sam Russo
Sam Russo is a data-driven growth marketer and executive with over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, spanning manufacturers, retailers, data providers, and consulting roles. Currently the head of automotive and heavy-duty industrial at Pivotree, she leads strategic growth initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional teams focused on client success and market expansion. Her career includes key leadership roles at Genuine Parts Company, O’Reilly Auto Parts, and OATS Solutions, where she drove innovation in catalog data management, product information systems, and unified commerce platforms. Russo brings deep expertise in data governance, catalog standards, and marketing technologies, supported by strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and MDM platforms. She is actively engaged in the industry through committee roles with Auto Care Association and MEMA and holds multiple professional certifications. Russo earned her MS in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University and holds Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) and Content Professional (ACP) designations from Northwood University.
“I want to empower the next generation of aftermarket professionals, especially in areas like data and technology, where innovation thrives when more perspectives are included,” said Russo.
The Auto Care Association’s Impact Awards are presented and managed by the association’s Marketing and Communications committee and the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG).
