YANG Announces Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) Donation

“As members of the Young Auto Care Network Group, we’re proud to support the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation and the vital work they do for families in need,” said Matt Fowler, chair, YANG. “This donation is more than a contribution—it’s a reflection of our industry’s heart and our commitment to lifting each other up. Together, we drive change that truly matters.”
In addition, donations for the AACF were raised through the YANG community’s #YANGGivesBack t-shirt fundraising campaign, which was first launched in 2023. The campaign operates year-round and encourages donors to support those in need within the automotive aftermarket industry with proceeds going to AACF. T-shirts promoting the #YANGGivesBack campaign are available at various Auto Care Association in-person events and at select YANG regional meet-up events.
“On behalf of AACF, I want to extend our sincere gratitude to YANG for their continued annual support,” said John Kairys, executive director, AACF. “The generosity of this vibrant and driven group of young professionals is not only inspiring but essential to the future of our industry. YANG represents the next generation of leadership, innovation and compassion in the aftermarket. Their commitment to giving back reminds us that age is no barrier to impact. We are proud to partner with them in making sure our industry families are never alone in their time of need.”
The AACF was founded in 1959 to assist automotive aftermarket members and their families who, due to catastrophic illness or a terrible accident, have exhausted all other available resources in maintaining a reasonable existence.
