YANG T-Shirt Fundraiser
The Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) raises monies each year in support of the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) through a nationwide fundraiser. This year, YANG launched a new t-shirt fundraising campaign #YANGGivesBack to encourage donors to support the automotive aftermarket industry.

YANG Leadership Conference at Connect ‘23 – Why You Can’t Miss this Year’s Event!
The Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG) is the auto care industry’s dynamic and vibrant community of under-40 professionals community. YANG provides its members with the opportunity to network with industry peers, develop new skill sets and improve leadership capabilities. YANG hosted its 2023 YANG Leadership Conference, May 23-24, 2023, as part of Auto Care Connect Week in Orlando, Florida.

2024 YANG Mentorship Launched
YANG launched its 2024 YANG Mentorship Program now in its second year! We had an astounding level of interest with 74 mentees and 14 volunteer mentors in the program! The program will open back up in the Fall for 2025 participants.

2023 YANG at APPEX Recap
YANG held its largest regional meet-up, the 2023 YANG Reception, at AAPEX on Oct. 31, 2023 as part of the Auto Care Association's Industry Week in Las Vegas, Nev. We had a great turnout of nearly 300 registered attendees! The reception was generously hosted by The Group.

Mentor Interview: YANG's New Mentorship Program - How Is It Going?
Through multiple positions in the automotive world, I’ve always found it challenging to find a solid program, let alone a mentor that could truly guide me in a direction I would find impactful. Whether or not it was the mentor themselves, the lack of structure or a deficiency in leadership around the program altogether; the stars never seemed to align. . . that was until I decided to give YANG a shot.

Mentor Interview
YANG was excited to announce the kick-off of our inaugural Mentor Program! The program launched in January with 65 YANG members and 13 YANG mentors making up our first mentor circles. Don’t feel bad if you missed out on the inaugural mentor program. The hope is that this program refreshes after each calendar year and continues to grow.
