Meet a Staffer: Frank Feng
What began as a career in electrical engineering for Frank Feng quickly turned into an unexpected and newfound passion for computer science during his first internship. Fast forward to his career at the Auto Care Association and he's now developed the Demand Index Platform from the ground and built Business Intelligence reports, integrating and leveraging big data into meaningful analysis for decision making.

Meet a Staffer: Todd Finnerty
An avid passion for cars and the automotive world is how Todd Finnerty happened upon the Auto Care Association back in 2016. “I was looking up zoning laws in the area to find out the rules for doing automotive repair work from my home,” said Finnerty, associate, member engagement. “This led to me discovering a job opening with the Auto Care Association online.”

Meet a Staffer: Michael Barratt
Since joining the association 22 years ago, Barratt has grown the once one-man-show meetings department into a now eight-member team that is dedicated to the development and planning of more than a dozen events each year, including AAPEX, community conferences, association meetings, education initiatives and international trade promotion activities.

Meet a Staffer: Leah Jones
The Auto Care Association facilitates dozens of events each year, from small committee meetings, to the community conferences and of course the community events at AAPEX. Leah Jones, director, meetings and events, has found time in the midst of the constant cycle of planning and preparing to successfully balance her two worlds: being a mother and wife to her family and a being a dedicated working professional.
