ACPAC Donor Reception (invite only)

Contributions to ACPAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The maximum amount an individual can give to ACPAc is $5,000 per year. Contributions in any amount from corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals and federal government contractors are prohibited. All contributions are voluntary. If this solicitation suggests a contribution in a certain amount, it is just a suggestion. You may give more, less, or not at all, and the amount given (or not given) will not advantage or disadvantage you in your employment. Federal law requires ACPAC to use best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
