HR Business Exchange Connection Circle is a place for HR professionals and Business leaders to come together to learn and collaborate on various topics that are current, hot button issues facing businesses today. The circle moderators and guests have a vast variety of experience across our industry and beyond. This circle will touch on all topics where people intersect with the business including trends, regulatory changes, and HR topics such as Labor Law, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Succession, Development, DE&I and more.

Applications are being accepted for the 2025-2026 YANG Leadership Council for a two-year term commencing July 1, 2025. Eligibility is limited to under-40 employees of Auto Care Association members in good standing. Involvement on the YANG Leadership Council is a great way for Auto Care Association members to get more involved in the association, influence the direction of multiple projects and priorities, and have an impact on the industry's next generation. (Deadline for submitting applications is Friday, May 30)

Applications are being accepted for the 2025-2026 YANG Leadership 2.0 Scholarship. ONE deserving YANG member is awarded a scholarship to attend the highly-acclaimed University of the Aftermarket’s Leadership 2.0 Program. Graduates of the program receive 7.0 CEUs towards their Automotive Aftermarket Profession (AAP) designations. The scholarship is valued at $6,650 and covers the price of tuition, class materials and meals. Travel/hotel accommodations are not included. Eligibility is limited to under-40 employees of Auto Care Association members in good standing. (Deadline for submitting applications is Friday, May 30)

Join YANG on Wednesday, June 18 in San Diego, CA for our next Regional Meet-Up held in conjunction with the CAWA Leadership and Educational Forum! The Meet-Up will take place at the San Diego Mission Bay Resort will include beer and wine. Thank you to CAWA and HL Mando for hosting this event!
