Michelle Tansey is Co-Founder and CFO of Dubclinic, a Volkswagen Auto Group Repair Shop in Santa Clara, CA. Dubclinic’s breakthrough service began as a 1-bay shop and grow into a 5-bay shop, in little over 2 years. She is involved in crafting the company’s culture, shaping the way they execute marketing and innovating future growth opportunities, not just within the company but for the industry’s future generations. As a 1st generation Mexican American female under 40, she is outspoken and passionate about increasing diversity in the Aftermarket Automotive Care Service. She has set the path for current and future female leaders that work towards improving and strengthening our industry.
