Christine Mobley is Dorman Product’s first VP, Talent Management & Belonging. Christine serves as the chief talent architect and oversees Dorman’s entire global talent management life cycle and drives the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategy to ensure the entire global Dorman team is doing its part to contribute to lasting, cultural change.
Christine is as a seasoned leader in the HR and DEI space. She brings over 20 years of experience leading successful HR and DEI programs. Prior to joining Dorman Products, Christine worked for over 11 years in the defense contracting industry with L3 Technologies (now L3 Harris) and has spent the balance of her career in emerging, high-growth and established Fortune 500 companies where she led several major change initiatives including integration and consolidation projects, built internal learning institutions, and served as a trailblazer to lead and implement innovative talent solutions at an enterprise level.
Christine possesses a master’s degree from Penn State University in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership and also possesses a number of other professional certifications.
In her personal life, Christine is a wife and mother. Her son recently played in both the NFL and XFL and her high school daughter keeps everyone busy playing volleyball, basketball and track year-round. Christine also spends a great deal of her time volunteering with youth sports, Veteran organizations and serves on the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO )Board of Directors for Mother Teresa Regional Catholic School.
