[Workshop] Up Your Game: A Leadership Jam Session

The Leadership Jam Session is an opportunity to explore the everyday application of leadership principles. The session will kick off with a discussion of five leadership shifts that are key for growth for young professionals. You will then break up into small groups to address a leadership challenge making the best use of the available time and information. We will then reconvene for a lively and fun open 'jam session' to learn from each other the use of leadership competencies such as: planning and organizing, problem-solving, decision making, teamwork, communication, managing conflict and influence.
