AWDA Annual Business Conference

Primary Delegate/Company: $1,300 (One registration at this level required for each company) Deadline is August 15, 2025.

Includes:

• One-on-one meeting scheduling services
• One (1) delegate registration
• First four (4) scheduled one-on-one meetings

Requirements for Supplier Company:

• Must sell to or through traditional distribution channels.
• Must be current, dues-paying member of AWDA Community of the Auto Care Association.
  
• Must reserve at least one (1) 10’x10’ exhibit booth at AAPEX.
• Must sell direct to at least seven (7) AWDA distributor members or be approved by at least one (1) major program group (Alliance, Pronto Network, Federated).
• Once registered, must have a minimum of 8 WD companies select your company in order to proceed with scheduling process.

Supplier Additional Delegate: $525 per attendee before 9/30/25 | $625 per attendee starting 10/1/25

Includes:

• Attendance at all company one-on-one meetings.
• Admission to all AWDA conference meals and social events.

Requirements for Supplier Additional Delegate:

• Must be employed by registered Supplier company.

One-on-One Meeting Fees:

• One-on-one meeting fee after the first four meetings: $125
• Invoices sent after conclusion of conference to capture actualized one-on-one meetings
• Companies will be charged for each meeting beyond the first four (4) meetings

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notice to ashlie.vesper@autocare.org received:

• By October 3, 2025 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
• By October 19, 2025, will receive a 50% refund
• On or after October 20, 2025 does not receive a refund.

Substitutions are accepted at any time and at no cost.

• Must purchase, warehouse and distribute (re-sell) motor vehicle parts and supplies primarily to repair shops.
• Must be current, dues-paying member of AWDA Community of the Auto Care Association or a shareholder of a major program group (Alliance, Pronto Network, Federated) with a special invitation to attend.

• Attendance at all company one-on-one meetings
• Admission to all AWDA conference meals and social events.
• AAPEX/SEMA badge (AWDA attendees do not need to register for AAPEX/SEMA separately. AWDA Conference will register WD attendees and provide the AAPEX/SEMA badge at AWDA Conference registration)

Requirements for WD Additional Delegate:

• Must be employed by registered company

• Must be employed by current, dues-paying member of AWDA Community of the Auto Care Association.
