Meet the New 2026-2027 YANG Council

Tiffany Auyeung
Category Manager,
Genuine Parts/NAPA

Tiffany Auyeung is a category manager at NAPA Auto Parts⁠, where she leads product category strategy, supplier partnerships and growth initiatives within the automotive aftermarket. Her career spans supply chain, analytics and category management, bringing a data-driven approach to business decisions and strategic planning.

After making a career pivot into the automotive aftermarket, Auyeung quickly became engaged in industry leadership and professional development opportunities through the Young Auto Care Network Group (YANG)⁠, where she has served on the Sponsorship Sub-Committee. She is passionate about helping emerging professionals build confidence, expand their networks, and take ownership of their career growth.

A recipient of the 2026 YANG Next Step Scholarship, Auyeung is committed to continuous learning and industry leadership. She will be participating in the Leadership 2.0 Program through GPC/NAPA with the University of the Aftermarket at Northwood University⁠, further developing her leadership capabilities and commitment to advancing the future of the automotive aftermarket.  

 

Carolyn Barquist
Vice President, Supply Chain,
XL Parts / The Parts House

Carolyn Barquist serves as Vice President of Supply Chain for XL Parts and The Parts House, where she oversees inventory strategy, forecasting, replenishment and supply chain performance. Having progressed from buyer to vice president during her 14-year tenure, she brings extensive experience in leadership, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.

Barquist is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams, and driving business results through data driven decision making. She is committed to continuous improvement, professional growth, and helping organizations achieve sustainable success.

 

 

Beau Blankenship
Vice President and General Manager,
Berryman Products

Beau R. Blankenship serves as Vice President and General Manager of Berryman Products, a fourth-generation family-owned automotive chemical manufacturer that has served the automotive aftermarket for more than 100 years. After beginning his career in the business as a child, working in plant operations and chemical blending, Blakenship transitioned into sales and marketing before moving into executive leadership. His experience helped shape his belief that strong companies are built by having a genuine love for your work and your people.

Blankenship is honored to serve on the YANG Council and looks forward to collaborating with fellow leaders to advance the industry and help create opportunities for the next generation of aftermarket professionals.

 

Riley Fisher
Category Manager,
Federated Auto Parts

Riley Fisher is a category manager at Federated Auto Parts Headquarters with more than eight years of experience in the automotive aftermarket. Fisher specializes in inventory management and member and vendor partnerships. Federated Auto Parts represents 82 members across 40 states as well as Mexico, Canada and the Bahamas.

Since joining the Federated team, Fisher has been passionate about representing these Federated members through logical, progressive problem solving.
