Rick Smith, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, AutoZone
Rick joined AutoZone in 1985 as Part-time Sales AutoZoner. Throughout his career with AutoZone, Rick has worked on several cross-functional teams as a Vice President of Stores, Regional Manager, and District Manager to support the company’s strategies and tactics. Rick was promoted to Vice President, Stores in 1997 and played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Chief Auto Parts in 1998. He was promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources in 2016.
