Sam O’Connor

Sam O’Connor is a Senior Category Manager at NAPA, leading the Filtration, Engines, and Transmissions categories. With over ten years of experience in wholesale distribution and retail across merchandising, inventory, and catalog, she combines collaborative leadership with a cross-functional perspective grounded in both strategy and execution.

In her four years at NAPA, she successfully led the largest supplier changeover in NAPA’s history delivering significant organizational impact. Prior to NAPA, she was a category manager in the construction industry at White Cap previously owned by The Home Depot. Sam is based in Atlanta, GA and holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
