The Countdown to ACES® 5.0 and PIES® 8.0. Are You Ready?
Wednesday, January 28th, 2026| 2:00 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. ET
In March 2025, the Technology Standards Committee (TSC) and the Auto Care Association introduced the long-anticipated ACES® 5.0 and PIES® 8.0 schema updates, along with new versions of the supporting databases—VCdb, Qdb, PCdb, PAdb, and the Brand Table. This release has been made available for a one-year industry review period, leading up to their official launch on March 26, 2026.
As the industry prepares for this next major evolution in product and fitment data standards, this session will provide a clear, practical walkthrough of what’s changing and why it matters.
This webinar will include:
A deep dive into the key enhancements and new capabilities introduced in ACES® 5.0 and PIES® 8.0;
A discussion on updates to the supporting database schemas and their API’s;
A look at how this will impact data suppliers, receivers, and software providers; and
An overview of the benefits of upgrading—and the risks of falling behind.
Whether you're a data supplier, receiver, or a software provider, this session will help ensure your organization is fully prepared for the transition to the newest data standards.
