Shannon O'Leary

Shannon O’Leary joined Rick O’Leary Sales and Marketing in 2019 and is currently serving as Vice President of Business Growth.  After attending the University of Tennessee, she dedicated herself to learning all aspects of customer service and financial analytics. She currently works with key customers and vendors to develop new programs, new products, and promotions to grow sales in both unit movement and sales dollars.

A born and raised Memphian, Shannon is very active in her community and is a true hobby enthusiast (current obsessions: pottery and needlepoint).  She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog in her free time.
