Kathleen Pacheco

Kathleen Pacheco was recently appointed President, Specialty Vehicle at Dorman Products.  Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of Dorman’s Specialty Vehicle business segment, having joined Dorman in 2024.  Over her 25-year career, Kathleen held senior management positions with Tenneco Inc., and roles of increasing responsibility within Johnson Controls.  Kathleen has fifteen years of experience in the automotive aftermarket where she led efforts in product development, sales, operations, strategy, and business transformation.  She leverages excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.

Kathleen is a member of Babcox’s Women at the Wheel Class of 2021 and has been an active leader in women’s resource networks at Tenneco and Johnson Controls.  She holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Marquette University, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University.  Kathleen, her husband, and three daughters currently live in Kentucky.
