Global Vehicle Aftermarket Tops $2 Trillion in 2022
The global vehicle aftermarket is estimated at $2.33 trillion for 2022: $1.87 trillion for light duty vehicles, $461.5 billion for medium/heavy duty vehicles. The top 30 countries account for $2.10 trillion or 90.4% of the total aftermarket. The estimate is based on Hanover Research's model and is anchored to S&P Global's Joint Channel Forecast and Auto Care's estimate of medium/heavy duty vehicles.
