What is the ACE Award?

The Auto Care Career & Education (ACE) Award recognizes auto care companies dedicated to excellence in education. The award was initially created by the Auto Care Association Education Committee to acknowledge aftermarket companies dedicated to employee professional development and growth. 

As the industry adapts and innovates to changing business needs, the award has been expanded to recognize industry companies dedicated to investing in the growth of knowledge and skills within their organization and/or throughout the industry. This may include employee training, customer education programs, programs for instructor and/or students, and other education programs for the industry at-large. Up to three awards will be given, based on company size:

  • Small: Under 100 Employees
  • Mid-size: 101 – 999 Employees
  • Large: Over 1000 Employees

Award-winning applicants will detail their educational efforts and convey the significance and impact of these activities. Applicants will be evaluated by the Auto Care Association Education Committee using the criteria below:

 

  • Overall description of program activities;
  • Description of program’s goals or response to a specific need; and
  • Impact of the program.


All Auto Care Association members are eligible to apply.

 

Why apply?

Award-winning companies are acknowledged as leaders in the industry and highlighted for their education programs and impact. The Auto Care Association promotes the winning companies as examples of what leading companies are doing, outlining their successful programs, and sharing the return on investment each company experiences.

How to apply?

To apply for the ACE Award, select a submission form below based on your company size:

  • Small: Under 100 Employees
  • Mid-size: 101 - 999 Employees
  • Large: Over 1000 Employees

The submission form includes three sections:

  1. Company Information
  2. Program Information
  3. Your Company Story. PLEASE NOTE: For this section, applicants can either submit their company story as a Word document/PDF OR create a video (up to two minutes in length).
