Auto Care Association Opens 2026 Fall Leadership Days Registration

July 20, 2026

BETHESDA, Md. – July 20, 2026 – The Auto Care Association’s Fall Leadership Days registration is now open for association members, committee and community volunteers, and industry guests to attend in person. The event will take place Sept. 16-18, 2026, at the Omni Louisville Hotel, in Louisville, Kentucky. Fall Leadership Days is a three-day event for the association’s top volunteers and engaged members to discuss industry issues and drive key initiatives.

With more than 20 meetings planned among communities, standing committees, the board of directors, and others, hundreds of auto care industry leaders are set to attend from all segments of the supply chain. As the industry and association continue to expand and evolve, guidance and support from these key players is crucial to keep both thriving.

Highlights of the 2026 Fall Leadership Days event include:

Vehicle Forums

The Auto Care Forums at Leadership Days have become a staple for bringing industry professionals from suppliers, distributors and retailers, technicians and shop owners, and every other industry professional into a room to discuss topics unique to their specific area.

Forum topics will include:

  • Under Vehicle
  • Under Hood
  • Emerging Technology
  • Paint, Body and Trim

Community and Committee Meetings

Leadership Days meetings are intended for the official volunteer leaders for each community/committee.

Non-volunteer leaders may attend as guests (to noted open meetings) and we always look forward to welcoming new volunteer leaders for the future.

“If you have participated in any of our forums or meetings before, then you know how valuable these are,” said Ted Hughes, senior director, community engagement, Auto Care Association. “This is where change in the industry starts—and if you have not participated yet, you won't want to miss this opportunity again.”

Auto Care Association communities help members to connect with like-minded professionals and collaborate to help advance every corner of the auto care industry. Advisory committees are comprised of volunteer leaders who provide input and guidance to the board and staff, and act as an industry sounding board.
