Auto Care Association Announces New Board of Directors
BETHESDA, Md. – July 1, 2026 – The Auto Care Association today announced the elected members of its Board of Directors for the 2026–2027 term, including changes to its officer leadership. Greg Noethlich was appointed Chair after serving as Vice Chair. Rick Schwartz was appointed Vice Chair after serving as Treasurer, while John Treece will serve as Treasurer after previously serving as Secretary. Newly elected board member JC Washbish will serve as Secretary.
This Board is effective as of July 1, 2026.
The members of this Auto Care Association Board of Directors are:

John C. Washbish, AAP
President and CEO, Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc.
JC Washbish serves as President and CEO of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., as well as the Alliance Parts Warehouse, LLC., supporting shareholders and thousands of Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper locations throughout North America. JC joined the Alliance in 2016. His previous Alliance leadership roles included, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Director of Marketing, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Brand Manager.
In addition to overseeing the strategic direction of both the Alliance and APW, JC co-leads major industry efforts for the Automotive Parts Services Group. Prior to the Alliance, JC served as an Account Executive with Niterra North America, Inc. (formerly NGK Spark Plugs U.S.A., Inc.), managing national retailers, Farm and Fleet retailers, and traditional distribution throughout the Caribbean.
JC is a graduate of Northwood University’s University of the Aftermarket, including the Aftermarket 101 and Leadership 2.0 programs, earning his Automotive Aftermarket Professional (AAP) designation in the fall of 2023. He holds a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, FL, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, OH.
