Auto Care Association Recognized as a Great Place to Work® for Third Consecutive Year

March 4, 2026

BETHESDA, Md. – March 4, 2026 – The Auto Care Association today announced it has once again been named a Great  Place to Work® for the third consecutive year. The recognition reflects the association’s continued investment in its people and its commitment to building a collaborative, mission-driven culture. The certification is based on direct feedback from employees, gathered through Great Place to Work, which evaluates organizations on trust, leadership effectiveness, workplace equity and overall employee experience. This year’s results highlight strong marks in leadership transparency, professional development opportunities and overall team camaraderie.

This is the fifth recognition the Auto Care Association has earned for great workplaces, and comes in addition to earning the certification of “Great Place to Work” both in 2024 and again in 2025, as well as “2025 Best Small Workplace” and “Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services.”

Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, the Auto Care Association represents the more than $500 billion automotive aftermarket industry. With a team of more than 40 professionals, the organization supports its members through advocacy, education, data and market intelligence, technology initiatives and premier industry events.

"This third consecutive year of being recognized as a Great Place to Work® is a meaningful milestone that speaks to the strength of our culture and the dedication of our team," said Bill Hanvey, president and CEO, Auto Care Association. "Our people are our greatest asset and we remain committed to cultivating an environment where collaboration, creativity and purpose drive our success every day."

According to the association’s 2026 Great Place To Work® certification report, 100% of employees at Auto Care Association say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.

“We could not be more pleased with this achievement or prouder of what it represents for our organization," said Lea Diamond, vice president, people operations, Auto Care Association. “Being recognized for the third year in a row as a great place to work—and for the first time having 100% of our employees agree that it truly is—is an extraordinary milestone.”

The Auto Care Association’s culture is guided by its core values—Teamwork, Curiosity, Integrity and Fun (TCIF)—which shape how employees collaborate, innovate and support one another.

As the Auto Care Association continues to serve its members and the broader industry, it remains focused on enhancing its culture and maintaining its Great Place to Work® certification in the years ahead.
