Registration Now Open for International Business Matchmaking Program at AAPEX 2025

August 26, 2025

BETHESDA, Md. – August 26, 2025 – The Auto Care Association has opened _SG18860 registration for its International Business Matchmaking Program at AAPEX 2025 that will take place Nov. 4–5 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The International Matchmaking Program is made possible through the Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) award the association received from the U.S. Department of Commerce to promote trade with Latin America.

Organized in collaboration with the U.S. Commercial Service, this program is designed to help U.S. exhibitors connect with international buyers actively seeking U.S. products and services. The Auto Care Association will match business objectives and schedule personalized, one-on-one meetings during AAPEX.

Program benefits include:

  • Pre-scheduled meetings with international buyers that have expressed interest in the exhibitor´s offerings;
  • Access to a Participant Profile Directory to review and prioritize potential buyers;
  • A personalized meeting agenda delivered one week prior to AAPEX;
  • Opportunity to hold meetings in a dedicated room or at the exhibitor’s booth; and
  • No cost to participate.

“The scheduling of meetings through the Auto Care Association at AAPEX was excellent,” said Juan Carlos Mejía Valdivieso, fleetmanager at Embotelladora de Sula S.A., a returning buyer from Honduras. “We now have business opportunities with U.S. exhibitors based on their product offerings. It definitely enhances the AAPEX experience by making engagement more effective. I would absolutely recommend this program—it streamlines negotiations.”

The deadline to register is Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025.

Don’t miss this opportunity to grow your global reach and create business connections at AAPEX 2025.
