Auto Care Association to Host Webinar on Colorado Packaging EPR Reporting and the Latest Regulatory Updates

BETHESDA, Md. – June 25, 2025 – As the July 31 and Aug.1 reporting deadlines 2025-epr-webinar-7-16-25_ig-square approach for Colorado’s packaging extended producer responsibility (EPR) program, the Auto Care Association is partnering with PARTSLIFE and the Product Stewardship Institute (PSI) to host a webinar, “Colorado Packaging EPR Reporting and the Latest from California and Beyond,” on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, from 2 – 3 p.m. ET. 

This timely session will provide insights into Colorado’s packaging EPR registration and reporting requirements, including guidance on how to remain compliant ahead of the upcoming deadlines.  

Companies that miss the July 1 registration deadline in Colorado may be subject to enforcement actions, including a stop-sale order. This webinar offers an opportunity to validate your reporting plan, understand registration pathways with both the Lubricants Packaging Management Association (LPMA) and the Circular Action Alliance (CAA), receive insights into your compliance questions
