Rebecca Conway

Rebecca Conway is the Executive Director of Marketing, Strategy, and Technical Services for the US/Canada region of Clarios. She has been with the company for nearly 14 years with various roles across sales, strategy, category management, and marketing. Prior to joining the battery industry, Rebecca worked in market research and analytics in consumer-packaged goods.
Rebecca is a Women in Auto Care Champion and is on the Steering Committee for Women in the Global Battery Industry. She enjoys being a mentor to women within the automotive industry, Clarios, and the Milwaukee area. Outside of work, Rebecca is a mother to two children, ages 12 and 8, spending her time at various kids activities and cheering on all of her favorite Wisconsin sports teams.
