Olivia Droney Newton

Olivia Droney Newton serves as the Vice President of Category Management and Data Insights at N.A. Williams Company, bringing to the role extensive experience in marketing, sales, and data analytics. Olivia has made significant contributions to the automotive aftermarket, including leadership roles at prominent manufacturers such as MANN+HUMMEL, where she directed sales and marketing efforts in the North American Aftermarket, and Standard Motor Products, where she oversaw the category management team for Engine Management. Prior to joining the industry, Olivia honed her skills in category management and product development at Lifetime Brands within the Mikasa Tableware Division.

Olivia is a dedicated and active member of the industry, currently serving on the Executive Board for Women in Auto Care and having previously held the position of Chair. She has also contributed her insights and leadership to committees within the Auto Care Association, including the Category Management Committee and Market Intelligence Committee. Olivia is a current supporter of ACPAC and The University of the Aftermarket Foundation as well. She is proud to have been recognized as a 2016 winner of the Auto Care Association Impact Four for the Future Award. 

Beyond her professional pursuits, Olivia is an avid reader, a passion she pursued during her undergraduate studies at Princeton University. She also holds an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Marketing. A former New Yorker, Olivia now resides in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Cullen, and their two children Lily and Lucy. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, exploring her new area, and playing tennis.
