Ben Smart was appointed Vice President, Region North America (USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean) in August 2021. In addition to ownership of P&L for the region, he drives growth and strategy for both the independent aftermarket and original equipment service aftermarket business lines for passenger car, commercial vehicle, industrial/autonomous mobility, and digital services.
Ben has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing managerial roles across financial, business and commerce sectors. He was previously Director, Global Marketing and Communications for ZF Aftermarket and held roles leading sales for Asia Pacific and Marketing and Digital Transformation for TRW. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oxford Brookes.
