Autumn Lamb is a dynamic leader in the automotive industry, known for her innovation and versatility. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy for GSP North America, she spearheads all marketing initiatives across North and Latin America. Autumn's prior experience includes marketing roles at Gibson Performance, Inc. and EGR, where she honed her skills in brand development and strategic communication. 

Passionate about industry engagement and giving back, Autumn is actively involved in several key industry organizations, including CAWA, YANG, and Women in Auto Care. She was one of this year’s 4 under 40 Impact Award Recipients. She has served three years on the Women in Auto Care Leadership Council as Social Media Co-Chair, driving social growth across all platforms and increasing the community’s presence and visibility. In her commitment to education, Autumn was appointed as the 2024 Scholarship Chair for CAWA, achieving record-breaking fundraising results during her tenure. 

Autumn holds a bachelor's degree in public relations, advertising and applied communication from California State University – San Bernardino and a Master of Business Administration in marketing from the University of Redlands. She is also a graduate of the University of the Aftermarket’s Leadership 2.0 program.
