by Amanda Bischoping, Manager, Education

In a few sentences, please tell us about the educational or professional development program(s) implemented by your company.*

Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper are excited to be bringing more than 2,000 technicians, shop owners and warehouse distributors to the 2022 Aftermarket Jackpot Screenshot 2023-09-26 155852 Convention during the AAPEX show in Las Vegas, Nev. Attendees will spend two days on the AAPEX show floor visiting channel partner booths, engaging in training, networking and viewing new products hands-on. This time is invaluable to both the channel partners and our Jackpot attendees. The ability to educate, train and network with that many manufacturers and customers in one place is a wonderful opportunity.

Why did your company decide to make this investment in education?

Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper’s Aftermarket Jackpot Convention is a commitment we make to our shareholders, their customers and our valued channel partners. We understand the tremendous value in providing the opportunity to bring these parties together. AAPEX has long been the pinnacle event of the automotive aftermarket, and it’s critical to continue the efforts to bring people together – especially in this post-COVID world.

What positive impacts have you found from investing in education?

Strengthening the relationship between our shareholders, their customers and our channel partners is what drives business. Presenting opportunities for our channel partners to provide demonstrations and network, allows for deeper, more meaningful business relationships to be formed. People still buy from people and the better educated they are, the better the decision that can be made.

What does winning the 2022 ACE Award mean to your company?

Thank you to our peers for selecting us as an education leader. We are humbled by the recognition. We are also proud to help support the industry’s finest, our technicians by bringing them closer to our valued channel partners and their quality products. It means everything to be recognized by the industry we serve. We strive to deliver the best level of service and care to all facets of the industry that Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper touches. Having our 4,000 locations recognized for their hard work and daily dedication to education and training is outstanding.
