“Say what you mean, mean what you say, and do what you say you'll do.”

Describe your duties in your current role

Leadership role managing a multifaceted sales force of contributors that oversee both the traditional and retail sales channels across the U.S. and Canada. Leadership duties include creating a customer-centric environment, delivering best-in-class customer service and executing against business KPIs of a publicly traded company. Additional leadership responsibilities include a hyper focus on team and talent development efforts, providing transparent feedback that creates an environment of continuous improvement, and upward mobility of our sales contributors.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment so far?

In 2019 I was honored by Northwood University with the Automotive Aftermarket Management Education Award (AAMEA). This award was in recognition of my involvement as a mentor to a group of students that represented Northwood University Aftermarket Project Car Club. Over the course of nine months, these students revamped a 1989 BMW E30 which was displayed at AAPEX.
