Upcoming PFAS Compliance Dates That Impact the Automotive Aftermarket

Several states have enacted PFAS product restrictions, including reporting and labelling requirements and in some cases product bans. This table shows some of the key upcoming compliance dates and is not legal advice. Please consult counsel to confirm your compliance obligations, if any.
