May 6, 2019 - Join Our “Community Forum” Discussion During Spring Leadership Days This Week in Bonita Springs

The Import Vehicle Community invites you to join us for our “Community Forum” discussion during the Auto Care Association Spring Leadership Days meeting on Thursday, May 9, 2019, 2 p.m. - 3 p.m., following the luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, Fla.

In 2018, the administration imposed tariffs on imported steel, aluminum and products from China. Almost a year later, companies are starting to feel the burden as tariff costs start to creep in down the supply chain and impact business decisions.

Additionally, while the administration continues to withhold the autos and auto parts 232 investigation report, uncertainty around potential auto tariffs has united the industry with concerns around job losses and higher costs.

Join the Import Vehicle Community Executive Leadership Council as we discuss recent changes in trade policy and their impact on the auto care industry.

We encourage participants to share insights on managing ongoing trade tensions. Our discussions are open to all Spring Leadership Days attendees.

The “Community Forum” was started as a public dialogue opportunity for members to share their unique perspectives on challenges and opportunities facing our industry.
