76th Annual AWDA Business Conference
The AWDA Conference is centered around maintaining existing relationships between the premier vendors and distributors of the industry through a series of unique pre-scheduled one-on-one business meetings. Participants are top decision-makers allowing for AWDA’s One-on-Ones to serve as the most efficient way to conduct serious business during Industry Week.
The one-on-one’s will be held all day two days prior to the start of AAPEX. The one-on-one meetings are held in Venetian guest suites which ensures confidentiality, comfortability, travel convenience, and most importantly, provides an environment that is conducive to the serious nature of discussions among the high-level attendees participating in these focused meetings.
The AWDA Conference is the largest Auto Care community conference and participation is exclusive to Auto Care Association member companies or shareholder distributor companies of an Auto Care member program group.

Process & Key Dates
The AWDA Conference registration process has a phased approach with particular deadlines where companies may expect the following:
Phase One: Companies commit and register their company/primary attendee. A designated individual must also be named to manage the scheduling process.
Phase Two: Companies create accounts in the MeetMax scheduling software and select/rank their preferred companies. MeetMax will weigh each sides' rankings to prioritize meetings between companies with mutual, high ranking selections favoring the distributors' rankings.
Phase Three: After automated schedules are shared, companies will have the ability to make manual edits, cancellations and/or request new meetings to possibly fill any vacant time slots.

Registration fees, details, & requirements
Primary Delegate/Company: $1,300 (One registration at this level required for each company) Deadline is August 19, 2022.
Includes:
- One-on-one meeting scheduling services
- One (1) delegate registration
- First four (4) scheduled one-on-one meetings
Requirements for Vendor Company:
- Must sell to or through traditional distribution channels.
- Must be current, dues-paying member of AWDA Community of the Auto Care Association.
- Must have a minimum of 8 WD companies select your company in order to proceed with scheduling process.
- Must reserve at least one (1) 10’x10’ exhibit booth at AAPEX.
- Must sell direct to at least seven (7) AWDA distributor members or be approved by at least one (1) major program group (Alliance, Pronto Network, Federated).
Vendor Additional Delegate: $525 per attendee before 9/30/22 | $625 per attendee starting 10/1/22
Includes:
- Attendance at all company one-on-one meetings.
- Admission to all conference meals and social events.
Requirements for Vendor Additional Delegate:
- Must be employed by registered Vendor company.
One-on-One Per Meeting Fee: $125
- Invoices sent after conclusion of conference to capture actualized one-on-one meetings
- Companies will be charged for each meeting above the first four (4) meetings
Registration Cancellation Policy:

- By September 30, 2022 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee.
- By October 15, 2022, will receive a 50% refund
- On or after October 16, 2022 does not receive a refund.
Substitutions are accepted at any time and at no cost.

Requirements for WD Company:
- Must purchase, warehouse and distribute (re-sell) motor vehicle parts and supplies primarily to repair shops.
- Must be current, dues-paying member of AWDA Community of the Auto Care Association or a shareholder of a major program group (Alliance, Pronto Network, Federated) with a special invitation to attend.
WD Additional Delegate: $425 per attendee before 9/30/22 | $525 per attendee begins 10/1/22
Includes:
- Attendance at all company one-on-one meetings
- Admission to all conference meals and social events.
- AAPEX/SEMA badge
Requirements for WD Additional Delegate:
- Must be employed by registered company
Registration Cancellation Policy:

- 21 Pre-Scheduled time slots
- 10 slots on Sunday Oct. 30 and 11 slots on Monday Oct. 31.
- First pre-scheduled time slot begins at 8:00 am each day. Last time slot begins at 4:15 pm on Sunday Oct 30 and 5:00 pm on Monday Oct. 31.
- Each time slot is 40 minutes in length
- 5 minutes of travel time between time slots
- Ability to customize availability and "block" specific time slots
- 2 Optional Self-Scheduled Time Slots
- Each time slot is 30 minutes in length
- Optional time slot is 7:15 am - 7:45 am on both days.
- Opportunity to manually schedule these time slots will begin on Sept. 30, 2022
- MeetMax Scheduling Software
- Each company will create an account on the MeetMax Scheduling software.
- Companies will select and rank the companies with which they would like to hold a meeting.
- When creating meetings, MeetMax priorities mutual requests with high rankings, favoring the WDs rankings.
- Companies may anonymously “opt-out” out meeting with certain companies and the system will block the creation of a meeting between those two companies. (Limit of 3 opt-outs)
- Companies may bring multiple teams to allow for more one-on-one meetings.
- There is no additional registration cost for added teams.
- Teams that have a specific business function (Ex. Marketing, IT) may need to create their own MeetMax account to ensure distinct schedules
- Companies bringing multiple teams just to allow for higher number of meetings can utilize just one MeetMax account.
Venetian Guest Suite Reservations (Optional. Open to any registrant)
AWDA has set aside a specific block of guestrooms at the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino. This block of guestroom is for AWDA Conference registrants only.
- Venetian Guest Suite (King bed):
- $327 per night plus $27 discounted daily resort fee (Resort fee typically $45)
- Venetian Guest Suite (2 Queen beds):
- $362 per night plus $27 discounted daily resort fee (Resort fee typically $45)
Vendor One-on-One Suites (Vendor Only. Required to have one for each team being sent)
AWDA has blocked two guestroom floors within the Venetian Tower of the Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino. These guest suites will serve as the location of the one-on-one business meetings. Each company must reserve at least one guest suite for each meeting team that is participating in the one-on-one meetings. (One-on-one suites may also serve as a sleeping guest suite for an attendee)
