Before joining DRiV (Tenneco), she had a long career with Navistar, where she served in a variety of leadership positions related to market intelligence, business development, strategic planning, and project management, including Director of Global Strategy and Business Development.
Ms. Chen holds an MBA from University of Illinois, and she has a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance.
