Megan Dineff has spent the entirety of her career in the automotive industry at one place: Ervine's Auto Repair & Grand Rapids Hybrid and EV. She has spent this time not only learning the family business but also learning about the automotive aftermarket. She was awarded Ratchet+Wrench's 2019 All-Star Award for the love and compassion she shows to her customers and community. She was also the recipient of the YANG Impact Award in 2020 and, most recently, the 2022 Women in Auto Care Shop Team Member of the Year Award.
Megan lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her husband, Brian, two children, 2 dogs, and a cat. In her "spare time" she serves as the volunteer coordinator of her children's school and chairs the community outreach and volunteer committee for Grand Rapids Flames Sports. She is also a former member of the YANG Council.
