Jacquie Walter Hower, is the 3rd generation and Director of Operations at her family's business, Zimmerman's Automotive, an independent 20,000 square foot automotive service and sales dealership, in Mechanicsburg, PA. She started her career as a quick lube technician and worked her way up through management, to her current position today in executive leadership. She graduated Northwood University in 2018 at the age of 31, with her Bachelors in Automotive Aftermarket Management while a full-time employee and a mother of two young boys, one with special needs. She obtained her Accredited Master Automotive Manager designation from AMI in 2019. Jacquie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their children and volunteering in her community.
