BETHESDA, MD – September 27, 2017 – The 2017 Mort Schwartz Excellence in Education and Auto Care Career and Education (ACE) Award winners were announced at the 2017 Auto Care Association Fall Leadership Days in San Francisco, Calif. Oct. 6-8 During the Leadership Luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 7. The awards are presented by the Auto Care Association Education Committee.

Auto Care Association Hosts Technology Standards Conference in Santiago, Chile

BETHESDA, MD – August 25, 2017 – On Aug. 22, 2017, the Auto Care Association hosted a technology standards conference in Santiago, Chile, the second in a series of technical missions to key Latin American countries as part of the export promotion award the association received from the U.S. Department of Commerce. The conference, attended by more than 60 local auto care industry executives and government officials, focused on the processes around standards development and maintenance.

YANG Awards 2017 Leadership 2.0 Scholarship to Young Auto Care Professional

The scholarship covers the price of tuition, class materials and meals.

Auto Care Careers on Campus Expands its Program with Texas A&M University

BETHESDA, MD – June 21, 2017 -- The Auto Care Association is partnering with Texas A&M University’s Professional Association for Industrial Distribution (PAID) to attract college-aged students to work for the auto care industry, as part of its Auto Care Careers program. Auto Care Careers will participate in the Fall 2017 PAID Career Fair on Sept. 21 in College Station, Texas. Auto Care Association member companies are invited to participate in this recruitment effort.
