Bill Hanvey

President and CEO
Bill Hanvey is president and CEO of the Auto Care Association.
Before becoming president and CEO on Dec. 1, 2015, Hanvey served as senior vice president of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) since 2012. At AASA, he managed their headquarters operations while advocating for North American parts manufacturers to the auto care industry, federal and state government agencies, and the business community. Nathan Perrine

Chief Financial Officer and Operations Officer 
Nathan Perrine is chief financial officer of the Auto Care Association. Perrine oversees the financial operations of the association and acts as liaison to the association’s finance, audit and investment committees. Before joining the Auto Care Association in July 2016, Perrine served as vice president, finance and administration, and CFO of the American Coatings Association in Washington, D.C. FULL BIO

Richard D. White, MAAP 

Senior Vice President
Rich White is senior vice president for the Auto Care Association. White oversees the marketing and communications department and also serves as executive director of the Car Care Council and its “Be Car Care Aware” consumer education campaign. Before joining the Auto Care Association, White spent 10 years heading the communications program at the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Prior to joining ASE, he was director of public affairs at the national headquarters of the American Automobile Association. FULL BIO

Michael Barratt, CMP

Senior Vice President, Meetings and Events
Michael Barratt is senior vice president of meetings and events for the Auto Care Association, where he has worked since July 1996. Barratt oversees all meetings and conferences for the Auto Care Association and its segments, committees and managed associations. His responsibilities include meeting planning, site selection, contract negotiation and on-site logistics. Barratt is an active member in the Professional Convention Management Association and is on the meetings advisory board of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation. FULL BIO

Aaron Lowe, AAP

Senior Vice President, Government Affairs 
Aaron Lowe is senior vice president of regulatory and government affairs for the Auto Care Association. Lowe has been with the Auto Care Association, and previously with the Automotive Parts and Accessories Association (APAA), for more than 30 years. He currently oversees the association’s federal and state legislative and regulatory efforts, focusing on a wide range of environmental, vehicle safety, workplace-health and safety and international trade issues. Lowe coordinated the Auto Care Association’s successful effort in 2012 to obtain enactment of the Motor Vehicle Owners’ Right to Repair Act in the commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as the 2014 Right to Repair national agreement between the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, the Association of Global Automakers, the Auto Care Association and the Coalition for Automotive Repair Equality.   FULL BIO

Mark Bogdansky

Senior Director, Meetings and Events
Mark Bogdansky is the senior director of meetings and events for the Auto Care Association.
Bogdansky oversees all tradeshows for the Auto Care Association, its segments, committees and managed associations, including the AAPEX and HDAW shows. Stacey Miller

Director, Communication

Taylor Mitchell 

Vice President, Technology
Taylor Mitchell is vice president of technology for the Auto Care Association. Mitchell oversees the Auto Care Association technology standards, which include Aftermarket Catalog Enhanced Standard (ACES), Product Information Exchange Standard (PIES), Internet Parts Ordering (IPO) and other best practice recommendations. Larry Northup, AAP 

Senior Director, Member Relations
Larry Northup is senior director of member relations for the Auto Care Association. Northup joined the Auto Care Association in 2000 and supervises the member relations department, including member services and segment support. Northup is responsible for recruitment and retention of members for the Auto Care Association’s nine industry segments. He also serves as liaison to the Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA), one of the association’s largest and most important industry segments. FULL BIO

Behzad Rassuli 

Senior Vice President, Strategic Development  
Behzad Rassuli is vice president, market intelligence, for the Auto Care Association. Rassuli joined the Auto Care Association in 2014 and oversees the market intelligence department, including the Digital Auto Care Factbook. Prior to joining the Auto Care Association, Rassuli conducted market research and strategy at CARFAX, helping to grow the company from a vehicle history report provider for a used car purchase, to a business providing value to consumers and dealers throughout the entire vehicle ownership life cycle.  FULL BIO

Ron Rossi, MAAP 

Senior Director, Market Intelligence
Ron Rossi is director, market intelligence, for the Auto Care Association, a position he has held since May 2006. Rossi began his career in the automotive industry in the late 1960s working part-time for an import car dealership in St. Louis, Mo. while completing his undergraduate degree in business administration from Washington University. In his current capacity at the Auto Care Association, Rossi has championed various new initiatives including the harmonization of Lang and the Auto Care Association Channel Forecast Model, upgrade of the model, introduction of the Digital Factbook and the Knowledge Center, which enables online research.  FULL BIO
